Send $50.00 for yearly membership fee along with the following:
- Artist name, address, tel. #
- six images of your works (**see below for format info.)
- Description of works of art including media type
- Image/logo and or URL to your site
- Write ups on shows or exhibitions
- Upcoming shows or exhibitions schedule
Images must be in JPG format or 5x7 pictures to be scanned, images displayed on site will not exceed a 200x200 size limit. for larger images you may purchase a full page artist layout at a one time fee of *59.99 which can include your Bio and show write up..

Once you are registered with NYARTSHOWS.com you will receive information on the 10% discount for the full web site layout from AURios Designs. We will waive the $59.99 full page fee with the purchase of full web site layout from AURios Designs. Prepaid full page moneys will be discounted from the total web site layout fee. Yearly membership fee for the first twenty artists to submit their information is $50.00
This membership fee will be due on a yearly basis by February 15, each year. Artist who fail to pay their membership fee within fifteen days of the specified due day may lose their position and can be charged the new membership fee but will not be guaranteed their prior years position. If an artist fails to comply with their membership responsibility the remaining artist positions will move up to fill that space leaving the bottom most space available for any new artist. NYArtShows.com may modify this Policy from time to time as the security, infrastructure and business environments change. Any changes made to this policy will be considered effective upon the posting of the modified Policy to this web site. The policy will continue to be posted at this page, unless notification otherwise has been made.
